Hopefully he won't do that;- There's no reason to believe that the $1.7T will be recurring, as much of that was a one-time bailout to spur the economy.

Those who advocate the "50% rule" recognize that there are a number of expenses that are recurring and non-recurring; the non-recurring ones can be difficult to ascertain at first - new landlords don't realize them until they get hit (or maybe "bit" is more appropriate) by them.It could be that in this instance, "cash flow" means that PITI is covered and there is some money left after that.

but with that healthy eating is important too. it is very important to work off anxiety, stress and similar negative impacts. thats why you can feel more balanced, relaxed, patient and that. the nutritions in the healthy foods also add to that. one important thing is that caffeine has negative effects actually, and promotes fatiquness and anxiety, and so should be avoided. i feel i better after having done soem exercise. and doing it in the morning is the perfect way to start the day. but then again, i do it when it fits in my day.:)

That's true, but I am sure the anxiety of going through all of this for a that size of a commission will really piss me off, haha.
