Companies managing hundreds & even thousands of doors use Buildium.Many of them though, use a CRM on top of it for even more features: Leadsimple, Monday, etc.Look into Appfolio, Propertyware and RentVine.

It's a great example of Oregon STR value and has been featured on Netflix. 

I believe there is opportunity out there for offering premium inventory.

Parking spots are a premium in coastal areas, esp during summer holidays and when kids are out of school.
