Seems like there are alot of alternatives but property data from these sites appears to be a money grap. 

I am a real estate investor in Vegas, and my family has lived in the West Texas area for decades.I have a property that I'm working here and would love to speak with any buyers and or experienced wholesalers.I don't know how to connect on the site that I did see this thread while researching the wholesale market here.

I remember one guy in the S.F.Bay area that found a site for a new Pepsi plant when Pepsi was unable to find one and made a very large finders fee, his mistake he got involved in the deal to far instead of stopping at the introduction phase and the Pepsi lawyers used that to not pay his finders fee, but only waiting until it was almost time to pay him and the deal was basically done.

I have scheduled a site walk with the HOA President and contractor.

You could network through sites like bigger pockets or go to local real estate investor group meetings to make connections with people who could potentially be viable partners.  

You can also search the county auditor and treasurer's site to see if the taxes are being paid or if they are delinquent.

I know grey is popular but I don't think it's as timeless as the more natural options.

I expect that I'll be reserving time in various resorts and farming those weeks out to perspective vacationers, does anyone know if VRBO, or AirBnB, or some other site would be most appropriate for this approach?
