again, the problem is they're punishing the wrong people...make the jail times lengthier for marijuana possession if that's the issue--don't fine the landlords bc their tenants are smoking weed..how does that teach the tenant to get in gear and become a better citizen?

My biggest reason to keep my eye on Detroit is the recent legalization of rec marijuana.

@Courtney Jo Claffey    It is EXTREMELY important to remember marijuana is not legal anywhere in the United States.If the tenant asks to be let out of the lease you should let them out of it. 

We own 1/4 of a side by side quadplex in Kansas where marijuana is not legal, (not even medical, yet.)
