Speaking from hands on experience on both platforms as I've worked with both Carrot and Wordpress sites (more than 400 sites so far since 2017), what carrot brings into the table is their simple, all in one, fast website platform.

Any advice is welcome.Are you going to live in one of the units, or is this investment only?

While I know that return goals are different for each investor and their specific goals, it seems that a bad or low-performing deal for one person might be what another investor is looking for.

I love that you have found passion in REI and have laid down a path to success with your three approaches.Of the 3 activities you are in, do you prefer one over the others? 

If you can't or don't want to now might be a good time to unload the properties.I will say overall I think that "nobody will care more about your property than you" tends to be much more true than false. 

Westside can be rough especially for a first-time investor.

I’m sorry that you’ve had a hard time finding a place to rent.

I didn't at the time.
