Oh my goodness @Chris Podkowa you are literally proving the point of the negativity in the thread.

There must be a threshold, benchmark, or something when a lawyer is going to review the evidence and say, "Oh yeah, we're about to take these people to the CLEANERS!" 

Albeit it’s winter in Ohio and i prefer working inside and have plenty of indoor work needing done.

The length varies by lender/state, some states (like OH and PA) have rules around prepayment penalties.
