Any special process or just fell them and skid them to a landing deck them then haul them off ? 

Licensed contractors have more of their "shtuff" together and thus are better at their job and naturally will cost more.

best wishes  i dont do gap funding at all.. so no.. not something I would do we do JV deals every week but we have zero debt all cash and we control the process. 

I imagine you’re right about the eviction and at the end of the day it will cost me some money, but at least I’ll learn the process and how to better screen tenants (I inherited this one).If you ever get up to Boston let me know.
