For these reasons, I’ve spent a lot of time the past couple of months looking into the FL marketplace.I don’t know much about NH either but I agree that Western Mass and parts of Rhode Island and CT have deals that cash flow.

I'd suspect that Cozy's primary drivers of revenue are - minimal interest made during that hold time, people paying for faster transfers, the tenant insurance they offer, and the tenant screening services they offer.And then there is that eventually switch-flip that surely is going to happen when they hit a critical mass

It actually costs $500 to re-register an LLC in Mass plus a minimum tax of $456 even if the LLC does not turn a profit.
