It's my opinion that you should use a heat treatment and not a chemical treatment as heat treatments are comprehensive and can be guaranteed, and spray treatments do not always kill all bed bugs and can be a waste of money.

For now the bank says they need to know what is the money going to be used for (the central bank may ask), and ‘liquidity’ doesn’t look enough.Let’s stay connected and share findings..!

Just like any city, there are probably some owner/landlords that are older and maybe looking to just liquidate.

You will also need liquid asset reserves to get financing on a deal.

You will need skin in the game on the deal with liquid capital for sure.

And others still are raising preferred equity to inject liquidity into the deal.My question for the experienced capital raisers on this forum is this:-What’s least bad?
