On my first 2 houses, I bought the cheapest square ceramic tile that looked decent enough from Home Depot or Lowe's.

Replaced all carpet and ceiling tiles.

We’ve had tenants point out a couple minor chips in the kitchen tile floor months after moving in.

Same for tile types in bathroom shower, bathroom floor, and kitchen floor (match bathroom).

Maybe get somebody to re-lay the broken bricks and coat with a sealant.

You will make more $$ doing the business aspect that other cant do, than you will by saving some $$ by laying that new floor yourself.
