You can’t make an accusation like that and then walk it back by calling it a disagreement over a "customer service issue."

If the property was already listed on the MLS, I'd push back on the price relative to the comps.

I know that is a long pay back period but don't plan on selling anytime soon, plus you never know what nat gas prices will do. 

They are very nice and can be helpful providing you what you can and cannot build on your property (Set back, height restrictions, front look etc).
