Hi all, I've got raw, commercially zoned land at an intersection near me that is perfect for 6,000 to 9,000 sq ft, 3-4 unit Retail Strip center. 

You can find some new townhouses and such going up right there in that NW corner, where 288 intersects with I-45. 

I like geographic names, or street names, or street intersections like Main and Fifth LLC,  Names of Rivers, Streams, bodies of Water,  One time I used the name of a tributary of the Rhine River. 

@James Staples -  I'm focusing on multifamily but these businesses intersect often. 

As you can see, the lines intersect, and a the difference between the lines is the amount you would save or lose.

Put them up not only in the normal, high traffic places (corner of busy intersections, highway ramps, etc), but also put them up in nearby home depot/lowes parking lots (where rehabbers are likely to frequent).

They are near the intersection of Denison Street and Gwynns Falls Pkwy.  

It is further south than UMKC, it's around the the intersection of 85th and Tracy.All in all, this deal probably doesn't make sense.
