Correct me if I'm wrong OP, but that's the way I have interpreted the thread.

Those attorneys often have case law and local courtroom experience as to how the judges rule cases and interpret various situations.

@Austin Tam - the way I interpret the "lowest unit of measurement" is that you'll get dinged for 7.5 gallons once that many gallons have been used- in other words, at that point, the meter "clicks" and another .001 MCF is added to your total.

Yeah, I'm not sure whether to interpret the response from my agent as, "you never know..." or deception.

There is obviously lots of room for interpretation here, so an investor must decide how aggressive or conservative they wish to be.
