I have a duplex under contract and have had smooth sailing until the tenant of one side of the duplex will not allow anyone (inspector, owner, or me) into the unit until next Thursday.

This was found by the inspector on the first contract (who actually should not have had access to the common space under the building where he found that damage).

The lead inspector found nothing inside the home, but once he got to the exterior he found two window cells that supposedly had traces of lead paint.

EVERY inspection you get will have stuff like this...every one...unless you have a unicorn property...or your inspector is trash.What you describe doesn't sound bad...hard to know for sure without more details.
