From a technology standpoint, conventional helicopters are so dangerous, expensive, loud, polluting, and generally annoying that almost any innovation is welcome.

They couldn't be bothered for the last few months and they knew in Nov what would happen, it is their fault that they didn't take the opportunity to find another place.

The Civil War was a bloodbath and yet the technological and mechanical innovations that came out were tremendous. 

They had some "innovation" projects that I was interested in and figured would be great for my career.

(I purchased a rental property in Nov. with cash and would like to take the cash out and purchase another home). 

This coming Tuesday will be at Innovation pointe media suite at 318 Main Street 47708 from 6-8.  

The area has grown on the back of innovation vs Covid or other factors.
