I have an answer about PESTS...Lessons learned - I had a long term stay (several weeks) get canceled hours after check in because of an "ant infestation".

@Alexandra SalesDepending on local law codes, I would get the cheapest contractor or a friend that’s a handy man who would kill infestation and add extra support such as wood or metal plates.
