It is much easier to have the discussions when a decision is not required to be made and figure out how to resolve them now compared to when the time comes.

Hey Hares, I started to see the same slippage in a property management company I was using in NC and ultimately I made the decision to self manage everything even from across the country. 

If the revenue is $100, payments are $25 which isn't a lot.Option 1A is not a good decision.
