I'm not sure I am familiar with the concept of A/B class so I am a bit ignorant there.

Ignore the fact the taxes haven't been paid because it will all be paid at closing so you get clean title.

I did not want to ignore the situation because of safety and liability issues.

I always try to read between the lines and ignore the terms which are often used incorrectly.

Faith investing does not rely on fact, it relies on a expectation that what happened yesterday will happen again tomorrow ignoring all evidence to the contrary.

When/If it does turn around it will be a great place to invest if you get in early but now isn't that time.If you ignore this advise you better be a local, have a SUPERSTAR PM (that will even work in the city) and make sure your numbers work in the $450 - $550 pr/mo range.

Hello all,After doing a ton of research, it seems to me that real estate investing gurus and their "subject to" teachings are going to turn good people (ignorant people) into felons.  

So they can lend to LLC's, maybe ignore income...all sorts of benefits to these loan types.
