All 12 units are identical layouts. 

Race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ancestry, genetic information, marital status, veteran or active military status, age, familial status (i.e., children), and source of income (i.e., Section 8 voucher)There are two exceptions to age discrimination.  1. 55+ communities are allowed to discriminate against those younger than 55.2.

I assume they are all identical.

That's why it matters where your funds come from.What you were embarking on borders on mortgage fraud. 

Oddly enough, my financials are nearly identical to you.

- I was recently a victim of wire fraud on a mortgage transaction and in speaking with the FBI, activity has been rampant lately. 

As a listing agent, I would rather see contingencies removed than an escalation clause if both offers were otherwise identical.

There are plenty of cases of prosecuted loan fraud based on this very issue.

I sure hope that those agents don't disclose the identity of the buyer, as we have a duty of confidentiality as realtors.

I have noticed several 4 unit condo buildings listed on the MLS that are identical to 5 to 10 neighboring buildings.
