If it is a manual read it could be human error. 

After healthcare being declared a human right. the other shoe is dropping: according to the latest demands from the Bay Area , California is trying to mandate housing a human right.

We had the bathrooms and adjacent areas tested for mold, and the lab results identified high levels of mold, including those that are dangerous to human health.The owner does not have insurance, and was previously cooperating to pay for the damages, but is now renouncing liability.

Then they became a targets for not being humane to the tenants, and have for the most part, become a distant memory.  

How would I assure it's best performance and safety, human leverage and opportunity leverage.

Try to pay less than $2500 for every item that's humanly possible. looooooooooooooooooooooool. 

Focus on being GREAT, good is a waste of effort and human life, make it worth the venture.

I'm still walking on clouds about how much more fun it is to leave the project and the mess at the end of the day than it is to continuously fight through the muck.That said, do the floors when you're not in the house, if humanly possible.

I'd sneak in the actual rewiring of the house, though, but as much as humanly possible, I'd make it work with the newest requirements. 

I do plan to get a live human CPA when I spawn out several LLCs and get income close to $20k/year (quarterly filings).
