Worst case you can transfer the money from the current custodian into Fidelity and back and forth it would just create work for you and possible wiring fees....

I realize there might be somebody that comes on this thread that’s trying to pretend like finding all the deals you want is really easy just pay them the right fee and they’ll set you right up.

This is the super's job - that's what you are paying the HOA fees for.

Closing my first deal with them in 2 weeks escrow and will pull a $12k assignment fee.

This person manages her own properties so no property management fee.
