In general, MOST of the time, legislation tends to be biased towards people paying mortgages, rather than those on the collecting end.

I also don’t care for condos and hoas though, so take my bias into account.

Life is full of biases based on all sorts of things. 

That fact qualifies your opinion as biased toward syndications.
