Lots of interior plumbing that we did ourselves (frozen burst pipes). 2 Kitchens, 2 baths, some electrical, Rugs Garage partions, work and it cost approx $40,000.

Last time I filed an eviction here in NJ it apparently turned up before the court date and the tenants showed up with the money pleading for me to rescind and write a letter saying it was all a mistake as they had a new place all lined up but the eviction case was causing a problem.Now I have a tenant acting all psycho, not responding to emails or calls, and I think she's going to withhold rent and force me to eviction court so she can tell someone how awful we are that her apartment was in the 60's when the entire east coast was frozen.

Unfortunately, they appear to be going through serious liquidity issues and have informed clients that their fundings are frozen for the next 1-2 months, they parted ways with their legendary CEO Bill Tessar on Friday (who had just been interviewed on the latest episode of "On the Market"), and if I had to guess it would appear they are fading out of the business....
