I was able to get her daughter's number. The daughter was suppose to be making the payments but was snorting white stuff up her nose with the money instead. To make a long story shorter...I was able to buy that house for $25,000 and that included all the things in the house including a baby grand piano, a car with 40k miles, lots of great stuffI kept the things I liked, then had an estate sale to sell the rest.I cost $20,000 for the rehab but this one sold for a nice profit.
