We usually use an air scrubber to catch particulates in the air and your commercial venders have access to machines like a hydroxyl or ozone to help with the odor.

More fees to the government, more profits to the title companies.Most of the folks I know only do three or less fix-and-flips a year, fewer if they're serious rehabs due to time frames and resource constraints.I think a lot of states are finding legislative ways to "get on the REI gravy train", driven by cries of "foul" and "fraud".

You're not necessarily putting a lot of money out to secure a deal, and if you can't resell to an investor, then you can cancel the contract - no harm, no foul.

I've done the tub refinishing in several apartments,, usually warranty is 1 year.. you can expect to refinish again in 5 years if it gets heavy use.I've paid about 360 a tub. and is done in one day for 1 tub.Really strong odor..They also do the ceramic tile surround for about 200 more. which turned out SUPER.
