I was (not any more so don't send me flowers) in so much pain 24/7 it hurt inside my head, but after going to 4 doctors and after going to 4 hospitals not one doctor would give me pain medication.

For the most part, I'll be doing the work myself save the furnace and having more outlets ran to the bedrooms.

But if you sit out, let fear dictate your life, you'll miss out on something wonderful and freeing.

I wanted to update this thread to explain how things turned out.  Let

Put one of those circuit tester things in all the GFCI outlets. 

Most lenders of scale found non Fannie/Freddie outlets to deliver those loans to.

Things like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, new tile, new outlets & switches, doors, trim, etc.
