I use Resort Cleaning and it links perfectly to Hospitable to automate my cleaners.Ultimately though, all 3 platforms are excellent and will do what you need them to do.

However, there's a floor for interest rates due to fears of inflation resurgence, particularly in housing prices.

2/3 of the units are singles/studios, so generally higher turnover, causing higher fees for clean outs and lease ups, etc, etcRecently had to get a "fire rated" door to the roof replaced from some city inspection, the first  bids were $3800-$4500, but with the right contractors and a little of my own time and motivation, i got the job done for less than $1500 and 12 hours of my time, and it had 2x the fire rating than the city required.

She realizes after we paid her and contractors she hired over $5,000 to get it painted , cleaned etc that we are out of money and she agreed to not charge us anymore but is still somewhat helping us and showing to potential renters .We have discussed different terms as I told her from her on out we can’t afford the monthly rate anymore .  

It was the owner of the house and a couple of neighborhood teens who handled the demo and clean up.

I will say we generally have no trouble keeping ours full and we focus on having nice, clean, safe spaces.

Exterior maintenance such as pressure wash and gutter cleaning, these times we take care of them and usually at turnover.

@Leland S.This is going to be very costly and the issue it is not resolving is vibratory noiseHaving built many building there is sound and vibration transmission - you can dampen the sound (again costly) but if it’s hardwood floors or a kid above it’s not going to stop the pounding / jumping .Is this a real issue brought by the tenant?

The floor is not super out of wack, more just some imperfections of chips and some hills, overall is it worth doing for what it's for?

Cleaning carpet and paitning is all that is needed.btw.
