He is comfortable right where he is right now - we have a house, we have good paychecks, he works at oil wells (Schlumberger) and he loves being outdoors (play in the mud type thing), he loves his co-workers, he has his wine hobby (he makes wine and recently started making beer), we are all healthy and, except for a not so good credit, we have no problems.

I worked construction last season until October, Make about 6 grand a month GROSS, now Im going back to it this summer for 6 months then I am going to work on the oil rigs in the winter months,If all goes well I will have made over 110K gross in the next year..My question is I have no credit, Can I gain enough credit in the next year and only have worked with my company for one year to obtain a mortgage?

Depending on the Asset Manager, they might let you add a name after the contract has been accepted Account Closed Yes you can just not turn in the contract, however I would not recommend doing that on a regular basis if you are planning on doing a lot of business with HUD as I believe(No proof) that I do receive bids on some of their older inventory because I do have a track record of closing on these as a Broker/Investor @Wayne Brooks I agree with Wayne that as a Broker I do not waste much time with blind offers as most of them are just fishing and a waste of time.
