I took a quick look at the other property, but stopped at the exterior.

Anyways the seller just got back to me that he does actually have a move-in checklist for them and only photos of the interior of the unit just not the exterior and landscaping.  

In this market especially, a good deal with be a magnet for cash.

The appraiser will need to pull current sales and data, as well as an exterior inspection.

Would you recommend keeping these or upgrading these to exterior grade doors?

I take exterior pictures of every door, window, etc.Inside the home, I take a picture from every corner of the room, ensuring it covers the entire floor and ceiling.

Four bedrooms each have an exterior door leading to a patio. 

you can separately meter the units and have them pay water as a way to cut your expenses. then I would make sure the exterior would draw the eye and interior focus on the money areas (kitchen and baths). functionality of the units is another route to take on the interior.

I am purchasing a MF in a few months and planning a pretty big rehab on the interiors and exterior.
