You missed the big picture why there will be more layoffs.So outside of commodity export, most USA exports are tech/medical produced, mostly IC/semiconductor.With the dollar strengthening to even make the pound sterling at 40 years low now,  no country can afford to buy American products especially when the supply chain is also disrupted. 

When you get above a few residents, you'll find it's necessary to use their "export" feature, which delivers an Excel of all payments made.

@Jon Klaus You can open a PDF in Preview on the Mac, go to file>export and save as a JPEG or PNG.

If accounting is done by your accountant I would look for property management solution that lets you export data to share monthly income and expenses with your accountant.

I know go >> Plans > BlueBeam (I do my materials takeoff in BlueBeam) > Export BB numbers to Excel and add labor costs.

The data can be exported to a spreadsheet. 

They have some excellent tools for analyzing property deals which can be exported into PDF's to take to lenders.

OR, maybe a website that will let you export the results to Excel or some other program (including the MLS numbers).  

To get the median, export the CSV file and run a median formula on the cells that contain the square footage.

May get some more LNG terminals to export NatGas around the world, not too far away from there.
