Overall was a good experience but probably not what an investor would be looking for.

It is cheaper, in general, to sub out like you say but if you have no experience sequencing the work and talking to subs you may be scarring them off.

I never recommend to my clients to be the ones to deal with the tenants unless they have the experience.2.
