It is done every day and not as all complicated.    

Everyday I am learning new things from professionals, websites like BiggerPockets, some available webinars and more.

Now Brian is in the market also and he has a crew sitting around waiting for the next project and his leasing team is telling him they are getting calls everyday for space in a good property.

I am on that site just about every day while I am recovering.  

I am on BP just about everyday while I recover medically.  

I have completed well over 200 deals…and I am still learning new stuff every day! 

Lock box going on today, and a rehab investor walking it minutes after :) I Told myself a month ago by the end of the year I would wholesale 2 homes...I think that goal needs to now be adjusted ;) I'd like to give a big thanks to my mentors Jesse Burrell, Jared Vidales, and Brian Roberts of HighestCashOffer.com for bringing me on the team and teaching me so much everyday.

I am working, I am pleasing people, I am doing real estate everyday!  

If you work at learning the business and doing the business everyday, you'll succeed, and BP can be a great tool.

These guys have bulletin boards on every corner, wholesalers trying to find deals, and people submitting offers on REO's everyday.
