What you need is a plan where every entrance strategy leads to an exit strategy, that is determined by the entrance strategy of the next property, and so on.Now, the "entrance/exit" I'm speaking of isn't you...it's your money...entering, and exiting each string of "connected" deals.

Account Closed, first I would do all that @Don Meinke suggested (please do the goose neck correctly).second all big box stores have flexible extensions for downspouts. use 2 or 3 together and direct the water away.if you're not there in a big rain to observe, use the hose i see on the left of the picture to test the water drainage/level of the guttersi would get rid of that "fake planters" at the entrance: does not look good and right now impedes right drainage.

By reverse layout, I'm saying the front entrance enters into a hallway that serves the bedrooms and the rear entrance enters into a dining area or living area.

I mostly want to attract travelers interested in finding a comfy bed and good atmosphere, that don't mind sharing a bathroom, entrance if possible, but don't want to pay extra to rent out an entire place.
