CaneshaLikewise, also - only my opinion ...The best thing anyone can do is to make more lending available for builders and developers.Yes - the previous "bubble" and crash were caused by the banksters ... they so much as admitted that on camera.Back then, economists estimated that some 80% of builders and developers went under when the housing market's buyer pool literally dried up overnight.

I have heard from several realtors here in socal that they are being told by economists that rates will be cut in '24 because of the election, and they are preparing to be in a very busy, multiple offer scenario with home prices jumping.
