I've never seen so many grease stains on walls and so wasn't sure what to think.

We're in FW, TX, and building duplexes to hold and rent.

There are a lot of loopholes the city can use to keep people from doing a STR.For example, an up/down duplex.

For $23k, they better have replaced the whole sewer line with double-wall aircraft aluminum and platinum fittings!

I will then keep up the process to pay off a recently acquired duplex with about $72,000 in debt.  

I just finished a total gut and rebuild of a duplex after a fire, and listed my 2 units a week and a half ago.

Definitely looking to add more kid-friendly outdoor seating/climbing wall for families with young kiddos.
