What I want to know is the down time on the money.

The example was appointments on Friday and Monday, which allowed for travel on Thursday, appointments on Friday, downtime on the weekend, and more appointments on Monday, traveling home on Tuesday. 

I think people would do better in a debt fund because of the downtime of finding deal after deal.

It is our official downtime and allows business owners, including investors, the opportunity to remodel, deep clean, use the property themselves, as well as offering the unit as a charitable donation for example.

How many ways can you use this rental during down times? 

I have no idea what you have against Bluehost @Sarah Kensinger. it is one of the largest hosting companies in the USA with very little downtime and good customer support.

Our business has been doing well; however we have 1-10 weeks of down time through out the year.

There was a lot of down time for me but we knocked it out real time on the spot.  

Downtime is expensive ($2-5/minute) and it's hard for a builder to charge a client for that time even though it is 100% the clients responsibility (client ordered materials > Materials were not sufficient > client pays for downtime).
