I don't think we will experience double digit declines over the next few years, but I think that's MUCH more likely than seeing dramatic appreciation.Its entirely possible the politicians in the US and Europe will continue to dither and the economy will continue to slump.

Ok you complain to me i dont have 100 dollars I say fine then get your digital camera out spend 5 bucks in gas and take 200 pictures of potential deals and build a list of landlords and investors and buyers and rehabbers and explain to them if they close your deal they owe you 50 bucks for the lead and you will bring them 20 pics a week of possibilities based on there buying criteria.

It sounds like I have 2 options:1- I can put in a new 2 inch digital meter,which can download data on amount of usage, exact time of day, and constant stream of usage to automatically detect leaks (cost of a few hundred dollars)2- I can install individual meters for ever unit.

For Fannie Mae the digital engine is called "DU" (Desktop Underwriter) and for Freddie Mac the engine is called "LP" (Loan Prospector) and they both also use "DO" (Desktop Originator).
