Its a very industrial town with a very high percentage of the population renting.Housing is dirt cheep in Sheboygan and you can find good cash flowing deals if you are patient.

., you shouldn't need to find patient Buyers, because you won't need to bring it to them until it's a done deal with the Bank (relying on your skills at knowing what your Buyers will want).
