So you're de facto realtor practicing real estate without license......do you think it's perfectly legal?

The 70% owner either started with the intent of purchasing all for some reason like a de-condiminiumization or they just "accidentally" ended up with a bunch of units.

My guess is because your income and assets are irrelevant to them because they can't put a claim to them over the border. 

Other tenants are all 6 years plus tenancy and never had any problems.They got representation of the free tenant consultants de la rosa.I would appreciate any  feedback or experience in the process and if i need a attorney.thanks
