@Daniella Lamis I'm partial to Orlando for many obvious reasons (year round great climate, huge area growth, #1 vacation destination worldwide, theme parks, close to beaches, awesome airport/transporation, close to several cruise ports etc...) there are variable that you will need to understand to make the most of your cash flow, but we've got it all. 

I could have used it for a cruise or a boat, but I used it to purchase some property. :)So in my experience, the answer to your question is YES!!

If you work full time I would advise finding a good online provider for your state and cruising through it.

If I want to go sailboat racing for a week, cruise the Caribbean for a few months, or do an Atlantic crossing I want that freedom.

Foreclosure or needing work.I would cruise the FB STR pages and see what is what.

Re-invest it, take a cruise, buy a car. 

Dallas currently has a RE Inventory of 3.9 months.. typically in the past it has cruised around 5.9 months, meaning there is a lack of supply and a large influx of demand.
