@Kaylee WalterbachAfter a long year of sweat, tears, many long talks with God/The Universe/Blue Bell Ice Cream, I got my property appraised and was able to cancel my PMI.

Carpet just stains too easily and needs replacing to often.I also use darker paints for the walls and skip the whites and creams.

If you don't have any of those, sell those that are in rougher areas and keep the cream of the crop.

I have a Keurig, and I provide one k-cup per guest with cream and sugar.

,,,,,the good news is you aint gonna have any coins,toothpicks ,Bic lighters,pagers,lipsticks,pocket knives,cold cream jars, or little bitty plastic Teenage Ninja Turtles fall down that cotton picking drain with a good healthy ,,,GRID STRAINER !!!!

Then a series of body weight exercises and dumbbell work rounds it out for me.As far as intake, I cut out ice cream and bought a Ninja Creami to make my own. 

As for the ice cream, well, it all depends on your specific situation.

(In the long run this is much cheaper.)In other apartments, we do the same with SW Navajo White (a light cream beige)But, we are talking SF rentals.
