There are a ton of co-GP's running around getting paid for raising money, but that doesn't mean that what they're doing is correct.

I suppose they provide some examples too of a well-optimized listing title and description, but as it also states, you can likely look at the listings that already rank well and sort of emulate or steal from those.Don't know if any of my presumptions are correct or not but just felt this might provide some insight based on my adjacent expertise.
