The house is in Minnesota in a little SE town called Rollingstone.

Mostly from around SE PA but maybe further up or down the travel corridor.

There wasn't garbage, per se, just endless items mainly bought at clearances and such.

After about two months have gone by we talk and said lets se if we can find a good tennent and see what happens.

So yeah, not a lot of scientific research per se, we just knew that the market there made a lot of sense and that things were definitely starting to improve there.

Through this site - I'm hoping to build my network of contacts, find additional team members, find investment opportunities, learn tips / tricks, pick brains, continue my education, and at some point share and lessons learned I might have to offer.My initial focus will be residential (single or multi-family) - rehab projects or motivated sellers in my more immediate area - eventually expanding to areas I'm familiar with in Baltimore City, SE Pennsylvania and Newark DE.ThanksVaughn

Unfortunately homes in the DC area are ridiculously priced unless you invest in "at risk" neighbors in SE DC for example.

About the only new home construction I see is SE Centennial and Parker areas.

TTM Development seems to be doing some great stuff in SE area.

I'm in SE Aurora/ Centennial area and my wife and I are just beginning our investment venture.
