We have slowly upgraded the property by adding in a new driveway, walkway, new duct work under the house, updated the landscaping for curb appeal, installed recessed lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house and repainted all the interior rooms.

@Noah JonesThere are several heat-pump options - both ductless and centrally ducted - which function down to -25C (-13F) and a couple which claim to operate to -30C (-22F).

Send Direct Marketing targeted towards the people in areas where most owners should have mostly a majority of the market value, an area that has 30 to 40 year old houses.Either mail them in a special envelope or colorful postcard or knock on their entry door and ask them if they want to sell.

We have the intentions of keeping this duplex long-term as it is the start of our real estate investments, but want to know whether it is a wise investment to upgrade to central heating and air in Ohio given that we will have to run two sepearte systems and all duct work in addition to upgrading the electric box.

I submitted my quote to redo the floor bc I explained to them I can’t just take up one piece due to the floor being older and a new piece wouldn’t match color wise.
