We use Stayfi which collects guest information as they connect to the internet.

Not how much but do they collect directly from tenant or does money go to landlord/owner then they pay broker/agent?

Rent Collection - Savings account, as soon as I collect rent, I like to put it in a savings account to start earning interest.

My lease states I am not responsible for collecting the rent, the tenant is responsible in making sure I receive the rent. 

I saw where I can collect rent payments on Zillow, but it didn't say anything about late payment fees, so I'm unsure how that would work.

Good morning, I am currently using Turbotenant for tenant screening/rent collection and reminders, and lease creation.

In addition to organized bookkeeping, Buildium provided other benefits that accounting only softwares do not, such as lease renewals with esignatures, maintenance requests, a tenant portal for rent collection, 1099 preparation for vendors. 

I even do my own taxes on turbo tax, but use management software to collect rent and track expenses.
