We have always said we will run our business, as much as possible, as if it's 10x the size it currently is.

I do not sell my model but I have a friend in the business who offers a much better model than Michael Blanks in my opinion.

This is why so many companies are leaving states like California.Pro-business environment: Companies want to focus on their core business, not fight anti-business policies.Significant infrastructure: Companies favor cities with substantial airports, freeway systems connecting to other cities, and more.

I will take that over 200.00 a month positive cash flow :)  All the while running my Capital Partner business and funding over 120 deals a year for my hand picked clients. lThat's a nice combination.

Trustin your PM partner is important and they will follow your lead, so don't expect them to provide you with your business plan. 

And this does not even involve business or real estate!

Your taxes are none of the ex wife's business and this would seem to address your concerns.I would also put her on notice that future requests for financial discovery will be two-way and if a discrepancy is seen in the other direction you will seek support from her.

I work with 4 electricians , 3 plumbers , 4 HVAC , 5 or 6 framers , if 1 is busy I use another . 

I certainly don't want to get into the business of being a "bottom feeder" that takes advantage of people, but if there is space in the industry for someone to help people in your situation while making a fair profit, I wouldn't mind learning more and getting involved.If interested, message me.
