There are two banks that I am told keep their own loans and don't sell them BOA was named as one.

Frankly though, I can't see how those govts don't lean in and force a BOA or Merrill Lynch like scenario if they are at that much risk.

So far, BOA, NKBC or Chase will not allow series LLC accounts.

So it just feels like doing your banking, but your deposits are working for you, rather than BoA or Wells Fargo. 

I don't think BOA posts "coming soon" REO's on their site, but you m,ight check.

I've worked with NACA as a seller and now I'm representing a friend of mine in purchasing a condo and I turned him on to NACA.If the buyer is NACA certified, there is a very high 95%+ likelihood that BOA or CITI will approve the deal, providing the subject property appraises and inspects OK.
