Folks - I am starting to bid on hudhomestore properties and if a bid is accepted I have 24 hours to do an inspection before submitting paperwork.

I am about to bid on another site and i want to eatimate accurately.. 

I have bid the foundation out but the prices are all over the place, at this point I have no idea what to price this out at. 

We've received some quotes but they are all over the board and vary $7k between the low and high bids.

We send a weekly spreadsheet and if you see a property that interests you, you send me your bid price and we bid for you.

The design and permitting is complete, and we're awaiting the 4th and prob final contractor to submit their bid for the actual infrastructure construction (roads, storm drains, sewer, utility, etc).

Unfortunately, the listing has multiple bids with low days on the market.

We buy from a wholesaler who estimates the after rehab value as well as the rehab cost.The manager would be responsible for viewing the properties, closing on them, interviewing the contractors, taking bids, paying the general contractor, turning utitlies on and off, obtaining the general permit, coordinating the different personell etc.  

Stephanie Irto when you mentioned the Renovation Loan I am assuming these bids/budgets on the work must be done by certified contractors as well, correct?

@Nehemias Ponce  Lending Club and Prosper allow you to bid on partial notes for non secured high interest loans.
