I rent primarily to college students and I have found tubs work better then showers, for some reason the bathtubs do a better job of catching more of the water from the actual act of taking a shower. 

Little did I know that these scum put holes in every single wall, broke the radiators, water pipes, toilet, bathtub, and etc.

I just had to remove the bathtub, range, and refrigerator, convert the kitchen sink to a bar sink, and submit plans for the office.My wife had a degree in urban planning and worked in city planning.

Hello BiggerPockets community,I'm looking into analyzing my first investment property and stumbling upon a situation with this bathtub.

Ample sized showers rather than bath tubs.

But for my one tenant that seems to give me another to do right after I completed the last one, I have given him notice on the last 2 repairs that he may be given the bill if it is considered maintenance that he should be responsible for of he is mis-using the house.For example: he said they could not use either bathtub. 

If you're subbing out the tiling, who's putting in the cement board underlayment (CBU) surrounding the alcove (assuming it's an alcove bathtub)?

I'm assuming the existing plumbing thats there does not have to be removed.So what are they charging for:1) A bathtub?

What was going on with the walls of that old bathtub?

Coincidentally, the tenant that complained about the sewage backing up into his bathtub, and called me a horrible landlord, was to blame.
