@Louis HamricLots and lots of people are going to turn to drinking and drugging to assuage their stock market woes.

Its the seasonality, but I suspect its certainly something to do with COVID unfortunately -- i also have 3 units vacant, but im upgrading them now, and hoping by mid summer things will alleviate.

It appears that we have a spending addiction in the country and more of the drug - money, isn't going to help with the addiction.

Being buddies with drug dealers isn't a protected class so deny away.

Grocery stores can give everyone a break on groceries, banks can give us a break on our mortgages, drug companies can give people a break on their prescriptions... will it ever come to this?

There is new hope since the FDA just approved the off-label use of some very common drugs that have shown great promise in treating Covid-19.

People would be VERY reluctant to engage in certain kinds of activities.Guaranteed that two or three nights of that is more effective than ADT for THIS situation.Every drug dealer I know would "refuse to work under those harsh conditions."

It seems like managing the business is your main issue, and this would alleviate that.

That is scary to me...yep. same here. balloon payment at the end alleviates nothing.
